Solutions Team, Inc. specializes in geriatric care
management. Our team of healthcare professionals has
over 40 years of combined experience working with
seniors in a variety of settings. While we have extensive
knowledge of the cost, quality, and availability of
services within the community, our greatest experience
has been gained through assisting our own aging parents.
We believe in supporting and empowering seniors and
their families to understand the options available,
so they can live their lives in the safest, most dignified,

Thompson
Physical Therapist (PT) and
Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) has worked with seniors
for over fifteen years as a Physical Therapist in
acute hospitals, skilled nursing facilities and home
health. Machelle has worked as a Nursing Home Administrator
in the Long Beach and Los Angeles area for over five
years. |

Wong Registered
Nurse (RN), is a member of the National Association
of Geriatric Care Managers. Amy has extensive experience
working with aging adults, as a nurse in acute hospitals,
skilled nursing facilities, home health, and hospice.
She is also worked as a Case Manager, coordinating
healthcare services for clients with Medicare and
Managed Care healthcare benefits. |

Dutile
Masters in Psychology and Nursing Home Administrator
(NHA) has worked as Director of Social Services in
skilled nursing facilities in Los Angeles and Long
Beach for 10 years. She is also a licensed Executive
Director of Assisted Living Facilities. |
